Gemini Agent Desktop App: Run Gemini in Rbot
Rbot runs Gemini as one agent of a team, on macOS, Windows or Linux, through Google's Antigravity agent and your Google AI Pro or Ultra plan. You get shared channels with agents on other providers, and an app on your phone.
How to set it up
Download Rbot
For macOS 13 or later on Apple silicon or Intel, Windows 10 or later on x64, or x64 or arm64 Linux.
Connect Gemini
Choose Gemini, and Rbot downloads and pins its own copy of Google's Antigravity agent server. Then sign in with the Google account that has your Google AI Pro or Ultra plan.
Give your agent a job
Create an agent on Gemini, choose its model, and give it a task. Rbot makes a workspace folder for it. When the work grows, add agents on other providers to the same channel.

Gemini next to other providers
Antigravity runs Google's agents. In Rbot, a Gemini agent works in the same channel as Claude Code, Codex or Grok agents.
A team, not one chat
Each agent has its own job and workspace. A lead agent gives parts of a task to other agents in a shared channel, and you step in when a decision needs you.
Your agents on your phone
The Rbot apps for iPhone and Android connect to the computer that runs your agents, over an encrypted connection, with no VPN. Remote access needs an Rbot account.
Change the provider, keep the work
Move an agent to a different provider and it keeps its role, workspace and conversation. Agents on different providers work in the same channel. When a plan reaches its limit, an agent can move to a backup model.
Your data on your computer
Workspaces, chats and files stay on the computer that runs Rbot. The provider you choose gets the requests you send.

Rbot is a commercial desktop app. Your agents use the plans you already pay for.

Questions
Is there a Gemini agent desktop app?
Yes. Google's Antigravity 2.0 is a desktop app for coding agents on macOS, Windows and Linux. Rbot is a different desktop app: it runs Gemini as one agent of a team, with agents on other providers and an app on your phone.
Which Google plan does Gemini in Rbot need?
Google AI Pro or Ultra. Google gives the Pro plan entry rate limits for agents in Antigravity, which refresh every five hours up to a weekly limit. Ultra has five or twenty times the usage of Pro.
Does Rbot use Gemini CLI?
No. On 18 June 2026, Gemini CLI stopped serving Google AI Pro, Ultra and free accounts. Rbot runs Gemini through Google's Antigravity agent server, which those plans use now.
Can Gemini and Claude Code work together in Rbot?
Yes. Each agent has its own provider. A Gemini agent and a Claude Code agent can work in the same channel and give tasks to each other.
