Gmail integration lets agents read unread messages, draft replies, search email threads, and organize your inbox securely through the Gmail API.

How to connect Gmail to Rbot

  1. Open Gmail in Rbot

    Press Open in Rbot on this page, or find Gmail in the app's Apps tab. Get the app first if it is not on this computer.

  2. Add your Gmail Credentials Path / Key

    Press Connect and enter this value. Rbot keeps it on the computer that runs Rbot.

  3. Give an agent a task

    Ask an agent for work that needs Gmail, such as one of the example prompts below. The agent uses the plugin's tools to do it.
